All orders will be processed the same or next business day. Shipping/business days are Monday- Friday excluding holidays. Please allow 5-7 business days for all standard shipping.

​​Any rush orders that a customer would like to be shipped express or next day delivery please call our customer service line or email us: . We will do our best to accommodate you and get the lowest rate possible.

All pre-ordered items that is more than a week of arrival we exchange only no refunds.  If you received the item(s) and need to exchange the size we will not pay for the shipping but will freely ship it back to you. 
If it is a Pre-Order that arrives in a week of your purchase once received you have 5 business days to return item. Please email us prior to shipping.​



Out of Stock Items

Often times when an item(s) is out of stock, those items may or may not return to the beauty lounge. It is solely upon the discretion of the buyer/owner.

If we are having a sale we will not restock items once they are soldout.
We do not do special orders for items that are out of stock.
If an item is no longer on our website then that item is out of stock or we have sold out.

If you place items in your cart and leave them please go back to our website and check to see if the item is still available before purchasing.

Using the Discount Code


All merchandise that was purchased with discount code is considered a sale item.  Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our boutique . Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been

processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable.
