Our return policy remains the same for In-store Pickup with these important notes:
- In-store Pickup requires a MINIMUM processing window of 1 to 2 business days. This is to allow our team to process your order, grab your items and bag. Your order will not be available before this amount of time has passed.
- You will receive an email\phone call once your order is ready for pickup.
- For efficient pickup, you MUST have your Order Number and Order Date with you when you pickup in store. We will NOT be able to locate your order without this information!
- If an item is listed as PREORDER, the 2 business day window does not apply and the item will be available in-store at the listed preorder arrival date.
- The return policy is 3 days regardless of when you pickup your items. It is 3 days from the day they are made available in store that you have to return them for store credit.
- After 3 business days if you have not picked up your package, we will ship it to the address you have provided on your file, and bill the shipping payment to your card. The item is also FINAL SALE.
- You will be emailed if there is ever an issue or concern regarding your pickup!
